Supplier & Fulfillment Disclaimer
This disclaimer covers DropIQ's product sourcing and fulfillment coordination.
1. Independent suppliers
Products are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers in DropIQ's private network. DropIQ coordinates sourcing and fulfillment and is not the manufacturer of the goods.
2. Pricing and quotes
Fulfillment cost is derived from supplier records. Where a supplier cost or shipping cost is not verified, an order is shown as "quote required" and no fulfillment price is committed until it is confirmed. Quoted amounts are snapshotted at the time you accept fulfillment.
3. Supplier confidentiality
Supplier identities, contacts, costs, and internal margins are confidential and are not disclosed through the platform. You agree not to attempt to identify or contact suppliers directly. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. No supplier work before payment
By design, no order is sent to a supplier before it has been paid. Fulfillment lifecycle states enforce this.
5. Shipping, delivery, and availability
Delivery estimates and availability are indicative and depend on suppliers and carriers. DropIQ does not fabricate inventory levels, delivery dates, or availability. Where goods are delayed, damaged, lost in transit, or subject to customs charges or returns, the responsibilities that apply are those set out in the fulfillment and supplier terms for your order, together with your mandatory statutory rights.
6. Your customers
You remain the merchant of record for your own store. You are responsible for your customers' consumer rights, refunds, and communications, consistent with your store's own policies.
