Subscription Terms
1. Plans and prices
- Starter — €29.99 / month.
- Pro — €49.99 / month.
- Sections Unlimited add-on — €9.99 / month (works alongside Starter or Pro).
The amount you pay is the total shown to you at checkout before you confirm.
2. Billing cycle and renewal
Subscriptions bill monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize the recurring charge until you cancel, as confirmed at checkout. No free trial is currently offered.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the current paid month. Add-ons can be cancelled independently of your base plan — cancelling one does not cancel the other.
4. Changes to plans or prices
Price or plan changes are communicated in advance and apply from a future billing cycle, never retroactively.
5. Payment method and failures
Payments are processed by our checkout/subscription provider. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge, and access may be suspended after those retries until payment succeeds.
6. Taxes and receipts
The amount you pay is the total shown to you at checkout. For a receipt or invoice for your subscription, contact support@dropiq.io.
