This policy sets out what you may not do with the DropIQ platform. Breach may lead to suspension or termination.
You must not:
1. Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to sell prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, or restricted goods.
2. Make false or unsubstantiated product claims, or misrepresent products, reviews, inventory, delivery times, or origins to your own customers.
3. Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or connected stores, or probe, scan, or breach the Service's security.
4. Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, resell, or sublicense the Service or its curated research except as permitted by your plan.
5. Overload or disrupt the Service, its APIs, or its providers, or circumvent usage limits.
6. Use AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
7. Attempt to identify, contact, or disintermediate DropIQ's suppliers, or extract confidential supplier identities, costs, or terms. See the Supplier & Fulfillment Disclaimer.
8. Use the Service to send spam or to violate others' intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend access; where we suspend an account we will state the reason on request. Report abuse to support@dropiq.io.
